Role and Impact:

Define and lead a cohesive strategy for KF culture, talent, and operations to build a best-in-class performance culture that supports the One KIPP strategy.
Drive a performance culture through talent systems that attract, develop, and retain high-performing, mission-aligned staff.
Monitor organizational health indicators and drive improvements based on data and feedback to enhance effectiveness.

Leadership and Management:

Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure clear vision and goal attainment across Talent and Operations teams.
Build a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment across workstreams.
Partner with Executive Team leaders to ensure all teams embody the vision for a thriving KIPP Foundation.

Strategic Operations and Oversight:

Manage and oversee KF Operations work, including governance of strategic plans and design of network processes like feedback loops and annual planning.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex personnel issues, exercising sound judgment on matters with legal or reputational risk.
Anticipate risks and remove barriers to execution, representing teams in executive decision-making forums.
