Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of sales data within Salesforce and supporting tools. Your primary focus will be maintaining data integrity, ensuring that Opportunities, Orders, and Leads are clean, accurate, and up-to-date. This role is data-centric, and you'll be tasked with handling data quality, deduplication, and lead management workflows to ensure efficient and accurate sales reporting and forecasting. You will also assist in building custom reports, automating key data workflows, and supporting the sales team in overcoming data-related challenges. This role will involve working closely with sales operations, marketing operations, and the sales team to ensure data processes are working seamlessly and assist in filling data gaps where needed. While your primary responsibility is focused on data management, you will also collaborate with sales leadership to support ad hoc reporting, sales forecasting, and ensuring clean data flows through integrated systems such as Zoominfo, Outreach, and 6Sense. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce data management, reporting, and a deep understanding of data hygiene practices. You will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights that empower the sales team, while ensuring accurate and reliable information for forecasting and pipeline management. Additionally, you will support Deal Desk processes by ensuring pricing and contract data are accurately reflected in the system.
