Director, Revenue Cycle Build Optimization Division

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Epic build analysts who support Revenue Cycle initiatives across Emory Healthcare. This role serves as the central connection point between Revenue Cycle operations and Emory Digital, ensuring all Epic build and optimization work reflects operational needs, industry best practices, and organizational priorities. The Director ensures alignment of future-state strategies and projects, driving efficiencies, financial performance, and improvements to both patient and staff experiences. The Director is responsible for building a high-performing team, fostering strong partnerships with Digital and operational leadership, and ensuring that system design and build activities advance enterprise goals while maintaining compliance and standardization.
