Virtual Assistant – Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Operations

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of a short-term rental business (Airbnbs and similar platforms). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth guest experiences, coordinate with cleaners, and oversee operational tasks that keep properties running efficiently. Key responsibilities include handling guest messaging, monitoring check-ins/check-outs, coordinating with cleaners, monitoring property cameras, maintaining property information, and providing status reports. Must have 3+ years of VA or property management experience, strong communication skills, competence, and integrity. Proficiency with Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, and Notion is required.
