About the Opportunity:
- Report directly to the Head of Legal for the Americas.
- Work closely with all members of the Global Legal team and business leaders.
- Concentrate on supporting Central and South American operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of the business's strategic initiatives.
- Draft and revise licensing maintenance/application materials and reports to regulators.
- Communicate with federal and state regulators and other governmental bodies.
What We Look For In You:
- Active license to practice law in Central or South America (outside of Brazil), with preference for Mexico.
- Regulatory experience related to the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with the NMLS system.
