Risk Management
Role:
- Provide legal advice and counsel on contractual matters, risk assessment, and commercial arrangements.
- Lead contract negotiations and provide legal guidance on global NDAs, commercial agreements, licensing agreements, statements of work, amendments, change requests, and renewals.
- Identify and advise on legal risks in contractual arrangements and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law and licensed in Canada, Colombia, or Chile.
- Minimum of 5 years experience of legal experience in a law firm setting, in corporate or commercial law.
- Excellent knowledge of French, English and Spanish (Spoken and written), for candidates in Montreal or Excellent knowledge in English & Spanish (spoken and written), for candidates in Latam.
