Program Manager, Revenue Cycle Access Operations

Job Overview:

• Leads end-to-end project management for strategic access initiatives, including scope definition, timelines, risk mitigation, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment across multiple sites.
• Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track access operations performance, identify trends, and measure progress against strategic growth targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive revenue cycle, access operations, or healthcare project management experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Work Environment:

• General office environment with periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads.
• Required to travel to off-site locations, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
• Prolonged periods of working alone and constant interruptions may occur.
