We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, triage technical inquiries, and ensure a smooth communication process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer service calls and emails
- Triage customer inquiries and route to appropriate support personnel
- Ask basic diagnostic questions to efficiently direct customer needs
- Manage the service email inbox
- Schedule field technician support
- Maintains the work schedule of all service technicians in Salesforce
- Helps with the administrative needs of the entire Operations team
- Provide a sympathetic and professional first point of contact for customers
