Prepared is seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead a world-class RevOps function. Reporting to sales leadership, this role will be instrumental in refining CRM hygiene, surfacing strategic insights, and supporting a fast-scaling sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and brings deep operational rigor to every layer of the revenue engine.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end revenue operations function, designing and implementing scalable processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, delivering proactive recommendations, defining and enforcing standards around CRM usage, and mentoring a high-impact RevOps team.
The role requires 5–8+ years in revenue operations with hands-on ownership of systems, strong knowledge of HubSpot, and analytical skills to communicate insights and align stakeholders. Experience supporting high-complexity B2B sales motions is a plus.
