Role Overview:
- Manage end-to-end enterprise risk management operations, including risk intake, assessment, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Security, and Operations to identify emerging risks.
- Support ERM governance, KRIs, and entity-level risk coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain functional and enterprise risk registers within a GRC platform.
- Track mitigation plans, escalate overdue actions, and prepare board materials.
- Develop playbooks and templates to enable consistent risk practices.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in operational risk, ERM, GRC, or compliance in financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SEC/FINRA, COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and GRC platforms.
