Director, IT

The Director, IT role at Splice involves owning roadmaps, technical execution, project delivery, and day-to-day operations for internal systems and infrastructure. Work cross-department to deliver secure, reliable, and well-integrated employee-facing technology. You will also design and maintain automated onboarding/off-boarding processes and implement/manage tools like Okta, 1Password/Kolide, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack and Zoom. This position also involves defining clear objectives for the team, establishing efficient policies, staying updated on the latest technologies, providing mentorship to IT professionals, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing IT systems at technology companies (ideally 100–500 employees) and experience supporting hybrid or remote-first teams.
