Role Overview:
- Maintain and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules.
- Provide day-to-day support, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Cloud HCM applications and resolve support tickets.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support on complex issues and support quarterly releases.
- Develop specifications, document changes, and support user training.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of Oracle HCM configuration and support experience.
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM Data Loader preferred.
