Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational support across Oracle Cloud ERP modules and triage incidents in ITSM tools.
- Own tickets through lifecycle, resolve standard queries, and escalate complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in application support with exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud and ITIL concepts.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset.
