Job Description
The Member Engagement Specialist is responsible for the membership retention rate and will run the Beta Testing program. This position involves creating internal Adept courses for each new product released to ensure the inbound sales team is proficient with the service and support of each new product before the beta testing period ends. Additionally, the specialist will provide professional services for high-value customers as needed and create strategies and plans for Inbound Sales to execute to address any member at risk of cancelling their membership.
This role requires a full command of the product, including the Adept delivery platform and content. The specialist must understand IT professionals' and training managers' motivations and behavior patterns, be creative and hardworking, and possess impeccable attention to detail. Experience with AI and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
