About the Role:
- You will set the direction for Gummicube's Client Strategy function, leading client service and strategic account management.
- You will partner with the Senior Director, Account & Client Services to focus on retention, client growth, and delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and guide account plans based on their goals and performance data.
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of client analyses, reports, and deliverables, and support renewals and expansion.
- Develop accurate revenue, retention, and opportunity forecasts for your portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in client strategy, account management, or digital marketing, with at least 4 years leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of mobile marketing and experience with app store optimization, analytics, and user acquisition.
- Commercial experience with renewals, proposals, pricing, and forecasting, plus the ability to lead across functions.
