Provide advisory support to partner-nation law enforcement agencies to strengthen policing practices and institutional capacity.
Deliver training on core policing functions such as community policing, investigations, leadership, internal affairs, and field operations.
Mentor law enforcement personnel on management principles, ethical policing, organizational development, and professional standards.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive law enforcement experience, to include significant experience as a senior level law enforcement manager or police executive.
Demonstrated progressive supervision, management and leadership experience relating to the delivery of civilian Jaw enforcement services and all aspects of police administration and operations.
Thorough understanding of community policing, organized crime, criminal investigations, internal affairs, and field training programs is a necessity, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
