Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will source and pre-qualify new leads with dry van freight needs through outbound outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to engage decision-makers. This involves booking and coordinating discovery calls, pricing opportunities, and sales meetings. You'll also maintain accurate records of lead activity in our CRM, monitor outreach performance, and collaborate with senior teams to develop messaging and strategies. The first 90 days include sourcing new leads, conducting multiple touchpoints, and converting outreach into pricing opportunities.
