Own component-level (and larger) engineering work from design through production release.
Deliver key CRE features that enable services to operate across multiple decentralized oracle network (DON) environments.
Build and maintain systems that prioritize reliability, correctness, and scalability under real-world usage.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and drive work to completion with clear ownership.
Proven experience delivering production-quality software and owning features end to end.
Strong execution skills, including debugging, testing, and operating systems in live environments.

Preferred Skills:

Product-focused mindset with attention to user impact and system usability.
Experience working collaboratively within an engineering team.
Exposure to Go (Golang) or similar backend languages.
