Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions.
- Develop integrations with monitoring tools and optimize alert correlation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow AIOps and ITOM.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Tools and Technologies:
- Experience with SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow ITOM certifications are a plus.
