Own and scale Google Ads across UK and EU markets, managing £1M+ monthly spend profitably.
Ensure strict compliance with ASA/CAP and GPhC rules, particularly Rule 12.12.
Build and lead the Google pod, hiring and mentoring future team members.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, personally operating £1M+ monthly spend accounts.
Proven track record scaling DTC ecommerce brands with profit-aware spending.
Strong ad copy and landing page fluency, with multi-geo orchestration skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
