- Verify validity and accuracy of refill requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff for special projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; three years' retail pharmacy experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare Part D, HIPAA, and CMS requirements.
- Current certification as Medical Assistant (AAMA or AMT) required.
