What you'll do:
- Process drug refill requests by phone, email, fax, and Telephone Encounter, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide bilingual customer support and track metrics to improve workflows.
What you'll need:
- Three years of retail pharmacy experience and a current CPhT or CMA license.
- Bilingual Spanish/English plus Medicare Part D, HIPAA, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
