The Role:
- Triage incoming calls from members and pharmacies.
- Document and escalate concerns to internal teams.
- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
- 2+ years of PBM experience required.
- Bilingual Spanish and Medicare experience preferred.
Compensation:
- $26.00 hourly rate.
- Remote, US-based position.
