Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications.

- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English with 6 months customer service experience.
- High School Graduate or GED, ability to type 25 wpm, and comfort with desktop computers.
- Ability to work independently, stay composed, and demonstrate strong negotiating skills.
