Job Description
You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with Deel to enable long-term success. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel.
You will facilitate on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved. The role involves providing tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers are set up from day one. You will proactively identify opportunities and pivot to achieve results, flagging risks that will lead to delayed onboarding. Being the source of knowledge for the customer for the products they are looking to onboard and building a relationship is crucial for success.
