Job Description

Assist the company in expanding its presence amongst these brands as a full-cycle sales director. As a sales director, responsibilities will include identifying and engaging our buyer, managing the entire sales process, effectively negotiating contracts, and seamlessly transitioning new clients to a Customer Success Manager. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets within defined target accounts. Own and hit/exceed weekly first meeting targets. Own and hit/exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, particularly within the Work Tech and HR Tech landscapes, as well as marketing trends. Maintain and proactively update pipeline and deal status within CRM (currently HubSpot Sales Hub).
