About the Role:
- Manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload of personal injury motor vehicle accident cases from intake to demand readiness.
- Coordinate medical treatment, obtain medical records and bills, and communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Handle property damage claims and support case progression with accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience.
- Experience coordinating medical treatment, insurance communications, and property damage claims.
