Event & International Network Coordination:
- Track deadlines and coordinate timelines for major global and regional events.
- Coordinate internal team participation and prep for events.
- Ensure the events are effective and well executed.
Project Management & Follow-Up:
- Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-ups on key tasks.
- Support event organization by inviting and coordinating panelists.
- Facilitate internal project tracking and team check-ins.
Logistics & Administrative Support:
- Arrange travel logistics for representatives attending international events
- Support internal meeting scheduling and agenda development.
- Prepare briefing materials for meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
