Job Description

As a US Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will support the technical components of the sales process for our enterprise accounts. Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, lead Proof of Values, and address any technical requirements or concerns. Responsibilities include serving as the technical lead during the sales process for large enterprise opportunities, lead technical discovery and deliver customized product demos, design, execute, and support successful PoVs and pilots. Also, work with customers to understand their environment, challenges, and desired outcomes. The role also includes responding to RFIs/RFPs and assist in crafting technical proposals, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to ensure feedback is captured and incorporated, and representing GreyNoise at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.
