Job Description

As a Customer Value Manager at Coupa, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring value realization and program success. As such, you will work with customer teams to drive success strategies and achieve goals. You will provide communication regarding Coupa, new product capabilities, and other critical information, acting as a consistent point of contact for other Coupa functions and resources. Specific goals center on customer value realization, advocacy, supporting Account Executives with renewals, and fostering product adoption and expansion. Responsibilities include leading value metrics workshops, developing roadmaps, conducting check-ins and value reviews, preparing for renewals, monitoring performance, managing relationships, and sharing best practices. You will support customer marketing campaigns.
