This role will drive sales training and enablement initiatives to ensure Sales and Account Management teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and processes to drive revenue and customer success. As Enablement Director you will lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams designed to minimize harmful disruption while driving the organizations forward. You will develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives including product launches, new tool introduction, and other strategic priorities. The role includes managing onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end including pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification. Collaboration with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools. Also, managing content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories and defining and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives such as rep ramp time and individual win rates in the context of the broader business objectives.
