Senior Product Manager, Payments

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute product direction for a key payments area, establishing priorities, goals, and success metrics.
• Improve merchant and shopper experiences across payment journeys, including onboarding, checkout, refunds, and disputes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including senior IC roles owning complex products.
• 4+ years in payments, fintech, or related financial technology environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data insights to guide decisions.
