What You'll Do:
- Analyze and refine end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues in the marketing, sales, and customer experiences processes as they arise.
- Enable and support sales & internal teams in their day to day work.
Minimum Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, analytics, customer support, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recognize patterns across recurring issues
- Able to build effective relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, and technical teams
