Solutions Architect

Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments utilizing Deepgram’s speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, and voice‑agent capabilities. The candidate will own post‑sales technical success for assigned accounts by unblocking integrations, optimizing accuracy and latency, and guiding customers to stable production. They will also serve as the Tier‑3 escalation point for complex issues, design reference architectures and implementation patterns for common EMEA customer use cases. The candidate will build samples, internal tools, or scripts to make repeatable tasks easier and contribute to pre‑sales discovery and POCs when technical direction is needed. They will partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and features and contribute to knowledge systems. Participation in an on‑call or incident rotation appropriate for the region to meet SLAs is expected.
