Your focus:
- Own the accelerator's P&L, including monthly tracking, invoicing, and consultant contracts.
- Keep a live allocation view and flag capacity constraints before they become delivery problems.
Your profile:
- Commercially minded operations leader comfortable with ambiguity and building new systems.
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills with an external, impact-driven perspective.
Your experience:
- At least 8 years in operations, finance, or management with P&L responsibility.
- Experience in resource allocation, consultant networks, and building internal operating systems.
