Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as senior compliance authority and lead regulator engagement across all LATAM jurisdictions.
- Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of MLROs and compliance professionals across multiple markets.
- Embed compliance requirements into strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, with deep LATAM regulatory knowledge.
- Strong expertise in KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, AML/FT, Sanctions, and managing regulatory inspections.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with CAMS or FIBA certification preferred.
