What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the loan has the proper documentation to meet closing criteria.
- Create the CD accurately to meet the closing deadline.
- Work remotely in various states.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate closings with settlement agents.
- Prepare wire request for funding and provide settlement agent with funding authorization.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What You Have:
- Proven ability to manage 100 closings/month.
- Thorough knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD.
- Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Your Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent closing/funding experience.
- Encompass experience is preferred.
- Conventional and Government loans experience required.
