IT Administrator

Take on a pivotal role in supporting a growing organization of over 1,000 employees across the U.S. Reporting to the Director of IT, you will join a team to help with escalations and mentor you on more complex system administration tasks. Work on building a modern support desk and automation platform using Slack and AI. Responsibilities include handling end user support issues on Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta and other company systems. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, role changes and other business processes. Manage office Video Conferencing Systems and other technology needs. Provide IT Support onsite for events. Provide Tier 1 IT Support for the Mountain timezone and perform configuration changes on key systems Jamf, Okta and Google Workspace. Identify areas for improvement and automation and help with OS and Application Updates.
