Responsibilities:
- May serve as Lead Instructional Systems Specialist developing programs.
- Creates new master instructional plans and modifies existing plans.
- Performs instructional analysis to identify training performance objectives.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
- Bachelor's and 6 yrs of experience or HS Diploma and 13 yrs of experience.
- Experience with Articulate 360
Business Development:
- Assist with Business Development activities as required.
- Participation in technical interviews.
- General proposal writing support
Physical Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
