Job Description
As an Inside National Sales Manager, you will manage and develop a team of inside sales representatives in order to develop new accounts and maintain or expand existing accounts to meet goals. Responsibilities include planning, development, and implementation of key accounts, developing and executing a territory plan, working with Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals. You will also recruit, train, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives, prepare reports, conduct meetings, coordinate sales activities, and monitor expenses. A Bachelorβs Degree and five years of medical field sales experience are required.
