Job Description
The Operations Team handles the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for delivering the end product to our customers. You will report to one of the Operations Managers from the Preorder or Order Teams, working on orders every day that will pose logistical challenges. This role has an impact on coordinating the logistics of campaigns generating millions of dollars in revenue, reducing costs, increasing profit margins, and delivering orders faster.
Responsibilities include processing orders, navigating logistical challenges, coordinating timelines with stakeholders, and working on projects/campaigns. Pre-Order Team responsibilities include contributing to revenue growth, assisting with queries, sharing pricing quotes and timelines, flagging delays, and proposing improvements.
Essential requirements include experience in Operations/Logistics, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, knowledge of Google Sheets, comfort learning new tools, and a proactive mindset.
