Delivering an exceptional customer experience is key at Ideals. You will own and impact the customer relationship, working closely with multiple departments to support our scaling growth in the North American region and globally.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will research and study new clients to identify their expected value from the product and future potential growth opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of roughly 200 accounts, conduct exit interviews with churned clients and participate in special projects to improve the customer success playbooks.
