Job Description
The Configuration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting business needs through adjustments to the ERP/CPQ system and developing solutions that support and improve our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with business leads and the ERP provider to design, test, and implement ERP solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
They develop and execute test plans and validation to ensure the ERP system meets business needs and stakeholder requirements, including user acceptance testing, performance, security, and usability testing. They create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows, ensuring clarity and traceability. They provide support to users, address concerns, help them utilize the system effectively, and conduct training sessions. They collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to gather requirements, provide recommendations for system changes, and implement solutions.
