Job Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support, specifically in the areas of email management, logistics, purchases, payroll, and customer service. This role will require a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting with quotes, managing email communications, handling payroll details, and supporting order processing and logistics. Key Responsibilities include Email Triage,Calendar Management, Payroll Processing, Purchases Price Confirmation and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare and finalize invoices and prepare and email out accounts receivable statements.
