Monitor incoming vital signs, symptoms, and health indicators for a panel of patients enrolled in Cadence remote monitoring.
Triage alerts and abnormal readings against established clinical criteria and identify patients who require immediate clinical intervention.
Contact patients with out-of-range readings to gather additional clinical information and confirm symptom, medication, and adherence context.

Qualifications:

Active LPN/LVN license with compact licensure.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an LPN/LVN and 2 years in a cardiology setting.
Experience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine, including EMR-based clinical documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly OTE range of $26 - $30 per hour, based on location and experience.
