Manager, Strategic Finance

As a Manager, Strategic Finance with Evergreen Nephrology, you are responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis for Evergreen’s corporate teams and physician partners. This includes developing financial models, preparing variance reports and creating presentations to be used in internal and external meetings with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including our accounting, analytics, actuary, and operations teams. Role Responsibilities include preparing regular monthly and/or quarterly financial reports for leadership, operators, investors, and other stakeholders. Partnering collaboratively with cross-functional teams to respond to questions and other requests regarding financial and operational analysis. Collaborating with senior leaders to develop an annual budget and mid-year forecasts. Overseeing the operations and development of the company’s finance department including enhancing / automating processes, developing templates, and supervising junior finance resources. Accessing, gathering, and synthesizing data from our accounting and reporting systems daily. Supporting business and corporate development projects, as needed. Ad hoc analyses and other duties, as needed.
