As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while providing top-notch support through our live chat platform. Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for clients via live chat, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries. In addition, providing exceptional customer service by troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and addressing inquiries, utilizing a deep understanding of the company and its services to provide accurate information. You will proactively identify and resolve potential problems before they escalate and collaborate with other teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate responses.
