Key Responsibilities:
- Own each site from site control through delivery of construction-ready parcels.
- Establish and manage development schedules, budgets, milestones, and critical-path activities.
- Coordinate workstreams to move sites toward construction readiness.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years in land/site development, entitlements, or civil infrastructure for large capital projects.
- Demonstrated experience owning entitlement and permitting campaigns through public approval processes.
- Experience managing external consultants and development-stage budgets.
What Success Looks Like:
- New sites progress from site control to construction readiness on schedule and within budget.
- Entitlements and permits are secured proactively with early risk identification.
- Civil and off-site scopes are clearly defined and ready for seamless handoff.
