Role Roadmap:
- As an Operations Risk Lead, you’ll help ensure the stability and integrity of Kalshi’s markets.
- You’ll monitor trading activity, safeguard customer positions, and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- You’ll play a key role in protecting participants, minimizing risk, and shaping the systems that power Kalshi’s markets.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily trade and clearing operations across Kalshi’s current and new markets.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, and clearing members facing trade or system issues.
- Continuously monitor risk exposure, system performance, and operational controls.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in listed derivatives, repo, treasury, or OTC markets.
- Strong analytical capabilities and technical proficiency, including advanced Excel skills.
