This role oversees the full lifecycle of customer-facing software projects, from discovery and scoping through installation, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. The Senior Manager also plays a critical role in talent development, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving business needs through effective hiring, coaching, and performance management. Develop and execute strategic business plans for IT Solutions to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and service innovation. Align team objectives with Radiometer’s business goals, emphasizing operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Lead the ITS Deployment and Support Teams to ensure timely, high-quality software installations and go-lives, while delivering exceptional customer service through effective issue resolution, adherence to KPIs, and alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
